How is it solved ? if its solved show me a link to buy ip failover...... still im waiting for a replay to change or to cancel this service . . .

Why state the obvious on a page that doesn't say anywhere that you can order FailOver or RIPE IPs? Inform yourself before buying. Problem fixed. Clearly not an OVH issue but a layer-8 error.
And it's totally not like this forum lacks "Why can't I get FailOver IP" or similar threads.

Okey, if so please write something like '' we only offer maximum 1 ip addreses for each server '' to the page : http://www.kimsufi.com/fr/#servers
İm not able to use this server, its nothing without minimum 2 ips for me....This was trial for me ,i want to buy SP-128 on http://www.ovh.com/fr/serveurs_dedies/enterprise/ , If you accept my older payments for an installation fee or something like this, i would like to use this new server..Or if there is a way to change this server to http://www.soyoustart.com/offres.xml SYS-E32-1 or SYS-E32-3 ,i also may change it. , if you dont help me about this problem you may cancel the server because i will not use this server ,and im gonna dispute the first payment by paypal ,and i will never buy anything from ovh.....

Hello,

Unfortuantely it will not be possible for you to receive a refund for this as the server was delivered to you and it met all the conditions of the contracts. It does not say anywhere on the website that additional IPs are available for Kimsufi servers and if this was a requirement for you, you should possible have asked first for some clarification as to whether it was possible.

Ive waited For about 10 days to get my PS-31 server,and to test your services. i havent enough time and ivent checked it last month and i havent used it . . . yesterday ive renewed the server and setup vmware, ive seen u only offer only 1 ip, is this joke? So how is it possible to use vmware with 1 ip adress? İ've formatted the server ,and tried centos 6 for web server ,but not able to use dedicated ssl certificate for my web site with this server because you know there must be 1 shared and 1 dedicated ip adresses to use dedicated ssl...This is bull shit... If i ve seen that u were offering maximum one ip adresses for every dedicated servers, i would not think about ordering on kimsufi or ovh, . . this is wasting money.....
If you have a solution for this , i m gonna wait for it, if you dont have a solution please cancel the server and give my money back . I need minimum 2 ip adresses to use this server......
Never say me '' u need to upgrade proffesional service for more ips '' this is wasting money and robbery.....

Hello

Can you please send in some verification documents to support so that we can remove the VAT from your account. We will need some photo ID (drivers license/passport) and some proof of address (bank statement/ utility bill.) Once we recive these then VAT can be removed.

Hii could you please check my 24488587 order status ? ,still waiting for it. Please let me know is there any problem. This is my first order on kimsufi, just trying your services and i think you are working so slowly or not working . Also i have been opened a ticket for support yesterday and no one answered it ,still im waiting ....
