The above is a result of the logs from the hard drive test results in Rescue mode.

Hello,

Could you please switch your server into rescue mode and perform the hardware tests? Once you've done this please send me a screenshot of the results if there's a failure listed. Here's some instructions on rescue mode in case you're unsure:
