You will need to check this with paypal. The transaction expired before we could accept it so you will need to contact paypal regarding this issue

We recevied an email from you but you never attached the requested documents in it. If you have a look at the original email you received requesting the documents it should have asked you for proof of ID and payment. If you can send those to OVH.ie I can then forward them to the correct people for you.

today I got an e-mail from you which says that your team has sent a message to me.
But when I open the link I get redirected to a support side which is empty.
And i need my server!
I ordered it at 2013.12.29 16.40.49.
It is an insolence to say the server is online after 120 seconds after the payment is completed!

Hello,
I ordered a Server which should be online after 120 seconds. I did the payment 5 minutes after the order.
You asked for the ID. 4 hours later i sent it to you. Now 5 days later the server is still not up?!
Whats the problem? Do you need any information?
Please explain me why my server is not up yet.
