Yea new kimsufi account was created in order to sign up.
The problem is I am unable to log in with any of my info, email, NIC etc as account not recognised.
Also unable to reset account because not known in DB too.

I believe you have to make a new account to buy these Kimsufis if you already have an OVH account prior.

I can't log into managerv3, it doesn't recognise my email or password.
I have also tried to reset but it doesn't know my customer ID.
