Hi,

seems there is a new version of the kimsufi webinterface (0.38.1) but setting a reverse ipv6 dns setting is still not working with the error message posted above.

Hi

I have similar problem:

This ip 2001:41d0:0008:3766:0000:0000:0000:0001 is not include in
network 2001:41d0:8:3766::
I already added PTR for 2001:41d0:8:3766::
But now there is 2001:41d0:8:3766::1 in the same select box. And when I try to save reverse IP DNS record for this IPv6 then I always get an error.

# cat /etc/network/interfaces

Hi,

This bug is a blocker. One can not have an SMTP server without a correct reverse ipv6.

Best regards,

--Martin

Hi,

so you're able to create an Reverse-DNS entry for your IPv6 IP address?

Seems there is a bug in the reverse IPv6 tool. I can't set an IPv6 Reverse DNS at all because i'm getting a message that:

2001:41D0:0002:dead:0000:0000:0000:0001

is not withing the network

2001:41D0:2:dead::

even it is exactly in the same network
