Bonjour,

j'ai eu le message suivant le 27/2.

Un disque de ks308288.kimsufi.com a ete detecte comme defectueux et doit etre remplace par nos equipes. Afin de ne pas perdre les donnees qu'il contient, nous vous conseillons fortement d'en realiser une copie de sauvegarde et de repondre a ce ticket une fois cela fait.

Nous avons fait la sauvegarde le jour même et répondu au ticket sur ovh. Depuis, malgré mes relances, rien ne se passe et notre site est toujours HS depuis 5 jour (2ème plantage en 1 mois).

Que faire ? help help !!
