Le support des Kimsufi (voir de tout les hébergeurs sans infogérance) s'arrête au matériel, dans ce cas le matériel est OK, c'est juste un problème logiciel.

un logiciel semi-graphique qui permet d'agrandir les partitions (peut être risqué) ou créer un nouvelle partitions dans l'espace libre (non-alloué).

.. ce qui implique que quelque chose a bien foiré à l'installation/partitionnement de tes disques.

Il y à donc un espace libre sur ton disque dur qui n'est pas alloué ....
Si, par hasard, cet espace est juste après le /home, il "suffit" agrandir le partions qui est /home" pour qu'il touche jusqu’à la fin de ton 'disque'.

Je ne crois pas que le système de fichiers est remonté en read-only, cette option indique juste qu'il sera remonté en read-only en cas d'erreur.
Ce que je vois qui cloche plutôt c'est ce que te dit fdisk. Il donne bien des partitions sda/b1 de 15Go et sda/b3 de 5Go, et c'est ce que tu as. A priori ton système a été partitionné avec 5Go pour / et 15Go pour /home. Soit tu augmentes /home, soit tu crée une nouvelle partition avec le reste des disques.

J'ai l'impression qu'il y a un truc qui cloche avec ton /md1 .....

Tape le commande 'dmesg', tu trouveras les détails concernant le 'montage' de tes disques.
Tous ce passe bien ?

Aucune idée, peut-être qu'en mettant quel système est installé sur le serveur et le contenu du fichier fstab, vous aurez plus d'aide.

P.S. : pour plus de clarté sur le forum, il existe la balise [ CODE ] qui permet d'afficher des résultats de commandes ou le contenu de fichiers

Parce que ce n'est pas un problème matériel mais de paramétrage. D'ailleurs ce n'est pas 500Go mais 1To que vous avez sur votre serveur (2x1To en raid 1).

depuis ce matin (enfin je m'en suis aperçu ce matin), l'espace disque de mon serveur ns3314195.ip-37-59-13.eu est extrêmement réduit:
