Je ne sais pas si c'est possible. Par contre vous pouvez demander a récupérer l'ancien disque pour environ 110€ H.T.

Bonjour,

Je sais que l'erreur n'est pas de votre faute, mais j'aimerais pouvoir récupéré les données qui étaient sur le disque changé.
J'ai la possibilité de les mettre sur un autre serveur temporairement, c'est pourquoi je souhaiterai pouvoir les copier sur celui-ci et ensuite, si possible remettre en place le nouveau disque non défectueux.

Bonjour,

il semble que des fichiers clients ne soit pas passer lors
de la sauvegarde pouvez vous basculer les données en data
sur la partition de 1.8 To de l'ancien disque vers le
nouveau ou alors remettre pour 24h l'ancien disque afin de recuperer les données manquante?

Bonjour, je remonte des anomalies sur mon serveur, j'ai effectuer les tests que j'ai trouver sur le site et voila le résultat
Je voudrai savoir si le changement de disque implique un arrêt des serveurs et si oui combien de temps cela prend-il?
