I called OVH.IE where I had or have my original account.

Oddly, I spoke to another Jenny.

This was sent to my registered OVH.IE email. Thanks for your reply.

Your account has now been validated and VAT has successfully removed from your account.

Any VAT you have already paid (if any), will also be refunded to you. All future orders will now be exempt from VAT

Is my answer not good enough for you? Everytime people ask for answer from staff. Why? Read 50 threads and you will get a fairly good idea of what to expect from support. Threads with customers complaining about broken HDD not answered within 2-3 weeks. Refunds that take 2 months and more. You really want to make so much trouble for 5 Euro?

No, there is not - at least not on weekends.
Kimsufi servers are a very basic and cheap offer. Forum support only (if any), no options, no Windows. It can take weeks to get defective hardware such as HDDs replaced.
That's what you paid for.

I don't think you will get a refund. Just ask them to remove VAT for the future. Write them email at the validation email, which I believe is validation (at) ovh.net for the moment.
