Well,

The only hard drive present in your server can die any moment (check out this forum). KS tech services will replace the drive for a new one - completely empty when this happens. Up to you to re-install the OS. Up to you to put back all YOUR data.
This means that you should have already a backup of everything "in case of".
That backup will (should) do the job also when transfereing to another server.

The only good backup tool is the tool you manage to work with.

I have a Ubuntu Server.
Manually mean with a software installed in the Server?? Know you any software to do a image of the server??
Or from outside?

Yes, but you have to do it manually.

- I can to do a backup of a server full?
Yes, manually again.
