7 weeks and still no replaced drive!!!!!!!

I reported the USB drive on server ks3313645 as faulty 7 weeks ago via ticket.

I have created an endless amount of tickets and forum posts (English) and to this date absolutely nothing has been done except empty promises and blatant lies from staff.

The USB drive has been renewed twice as I was unable to remove it from bill.

I would like...

1) An explanation of why I have been treated this way and made to wait 7+ weeks?
2) When the drive will finally be replaced.??
3) When you will be refunding the payments I made during this 7+ weeks???

I have tried creating yet another ticket but the security code never seems to get accepted?????
