Hi,

If you were asked to send over "documentation" the you send them over exactly what they wanted, right ?
That's all thats needed.
Now, you entered the "you just have to wait" period.

Hello,
I have sent the documentation to get my account validated many times without any response. Please let me know if there is any problem so I can send you whatever documentation is needed in order to get my account validated. I want my account to be validated to order a new server.
