Hi, when I perform a ping test to my server, I am getting a very high packet loss (around 40%)

I tried in both directions (from server to my current location and reverse).

When I log into the server and check the status of the network interface, it shows a lot of dropped packets. Maybe the network interface card is faulty. Can you please check?
