VAT Exemption Request

I need to have the tax exemption activated to my kimsufi account: fm52846-ovh, because my address is outside of European Union.
Previously, no VAT is applied to my account, because since this account was made, I've been asked to remove VAT charge. Also I have already submitted copy of ID card and bank statement.

But from today, VAT is applied again to my account. So, I want to request again to remove VAT from my account. Do I have to send the required documents again?
