Expiry Date Incorrect

The servers are already paid for and working fine, but the expiration date is just incorrect. I'm about to be charged for both servers again when I only had them for less than a week.

I was charged the money when I received my services, March 23rd. Now it's telling me my services expire in less than seven days, and the expiry date is 31/3/15. That is incorrect. This is for both of my recently purchased dedicated servers.

I sent in two tickets, one four days ago and one two days ago. When will this be resolved? The servers are set to expire in 3 days, when I only paid for them a week ago!
