Bonjour,

en même temps le ticket a été ouvert un Samedi (pas de support le week-end déjà), et après je pense que c'est le support KS en France qui réceptionne et fait un tri pour envoyer les dossiers au Canada, seulement ce week-end c'était pâque, donc déjà minimum pas de réponse de Samedi à Lundi inclus donc les tickets ont seulement commencé a être traité hier, et comme les ticket sont traités par ordre d'arrivé bah voilà quoi.

Sinon comme cela a déjà été dit, pas de SLA sur KS donc support commerciale comme hardware du Lundi au Vendredi de 9H à 18H, seule le monitoring tourne 24/7/365 , donc si vous voulez un support hardware le week-end je pense qu'il faut basculer sur un SYS (mail + téléphone 24/7)

si par un malencontreux hasard il n'y a plus de ping, le monitoring va déclencher une intervention

mon serveur est bien référencé comme cela sur le site de OVH et il est bien au canada mais toujours avec un DD HS !!!
