You should contact the commercial department for that.

Keep in in mind that because you forgot to read about the product you rented, they should refund.
Normally, they don't.
But, you're free to try if you paid up in advance for more then one month (if you paid one month, just forget about it).

I purchased a Kimsufi server yesterday but realised its not possible to purchase additional IPs.

Can I get a refund so I can buy a SYS server instead?
