Hello,

nothing, the test are correct, like i said the BW is "best-effort" no SLA on BW and support.

You see "99,9% newtork SLA" but these is for the connection not the speed, you can have a 100Mbit like 1Mbit BW on KS.

The monitoring 24/7 is for the hardware (based on ping) and the DDoS protection is not efficient on "big" attack cause of the 100Mbit BW.

Problems in the Hardware of the Server, and Paypal urgent.
I am here to inform you that if within 24 hours the problem continues we will ask for the reservation of the payment made By Paypal Invoice : KSFR157565

Good Nights today makes 5 days that I have said the problems on the server (ns384781.ip-46-105-125.I), and nobody responds to my exchanges help Kumisufi.

I will try to explain what I did to resolve and what is going on: Issues: 1 Teamspeak 3 server with 30 users cuts off the voice when you speak as if the server had a limited connection (Before you have never done it).

2nd When I'm connected by ssh (putty) sometimes the commands are stopped without responding serca 10 seconds to 20 seconds) then back to normal FOR about 10 minutes, back to happen.

3rd When I'm in the control panel Zpanel it takes to load the pages or give me an error on the connection.

What I've done to try to resolve:
1st Formatted the server 3 times and used different paineles of administration and different operating systems (Before I never had problems and I had everything installed that I now have). `

3 I've Checked the available memory ( 900 free) and cpu loading to 23%.

Now, I ask, is your connection that is having problems? or will it be hardware problems or heating of the server? I await a response because I'm tired of trying to solve a problem that never before had in your Server.
