Kimsufi write its for small / start stuff so not only learning / testing.
Before 7 days I have also made a request, but received no reply so far. Kimsufi has already violated the network SLA 99.9%.
I'll look for another provider.

I have had issues with my server for 3 days and have contacted tech support. I have had no replies to my issues and my server is locked due to an intervention notice. I hope that Kimsufi will give me 3 extra days for the time that I have lost with this hardware issue
