I sent forms with attachments to procedury@ovh.pl and I'm waiting for informations.

Fabian, can you cancel my order no 40011958 without deleting account? I made it only to create a new account (because it was impossible to do it with API).

I don't change country. "Indivudal" and "corporate" are from Poland. It is actual offer - Kimsufi KS-4 - bought 2-3 weeks ago.

Changing owner can be not possible if you change country.
So if it's your configuration, it will not be possible.
Some offer like kimsufi 2g sold in mid 2013 have also not the possiblity to change contacts.

thanks for reply and clarification. I'll try to do it as you and Fabian advised me. Currently, I register a new corporate account through a new server order form and prepare changeowner and contact forms via OVH procedures. I'll send it today. I hope that this can be done!

Hello,

After that migrate your current server on the new one.
aka change the server from your personnal account to your corporate account with the changeowner form.

Nothing to order and nothing configure/prepare on the server, these are the same server, just the owner change from you personnaly to your corporate.

P.S. Normally it's possible.

Fabian, I did it and got a reply:

You cannot do changes like that. The only way how to do this is to order a new server and create an account for your company. After that migrate your current server on the new one.
This solution really does not satisfy me... I spent a lot of time to configure and prepare this server and I would finally start my project. And another thing - the availability of servers is terrible. At the present I "hunted" over 2 weeks. Is there really no other solution? I suppose it's just a matter of changing one field in the database.

Hi Fabian,

thank you for reply. I followed your instructions, but unfortunately API returned error:

Bad Request (400)
{ "message": "You can not create an OVH Identifier for these company and subsidiary in european side of OVH" }

I chose, among other data:
country: PL
legalform: corporation
ovhCompany: kimsufi
ovhSubsidiary: PL

Did I do something wrong?

Hi,

Changing from "indivudal" to "corporate" or in the other side is not possible in control panel.
Only way procedures
First create new account on api https://eu.api.kimsufi.com/console/ after logging on top right with same credentials as for Control Panel.
You can create a new account with legal form you want with domain
https://eu.api.kimsufi.com/console/#/newAccount

Then create two procedures with http://www.ovh.co.uk/support/procedures/
One for owner second for administrative, technical and billing contact of your service and send it per post.

I'd like to change type of my account from "indivudal" to "corporate". I can not do this from panel. How can I do that? I try to contact with support, but support for Kimsufi is poor... I'm waiting from 5 days.
