Problem with RTM System

Hi (sorry for my english),
until a few months ago the RTM monitoring system from the control panel worked well but is about 2 months I have the message "Real Time Monitoring RTM is not available on this server".

My server is in the datacenter: RBX5 - Rack: 45E24 - Server ID: 357538

I have opened a ticket and I have follow all the instructions of your colleague Jules and also the instructions of this guide: http://help.ovh.co.uk/firewall

These are the rules that I have put in my firewall:
iptables -A INPUT -i eth0 -p icmp --source proxy.ovh.net -j ACCEPT
iptables -A INPUT -i eth0 -p icmp --source proxy.p19.ovh.net -j ACCEPT
iptables -A INPUT -i eth0 -p icmp --source proxy.rbx.ovh.net -j ACCEPT
iptables -A INPUT -i eth0 -p icmp --source proxy.rbx2.ovh.net -j ACCEPT
iptables -A INPUT -i eth0 -p icmp --source ping.ovh.net -j ACCEPT
iptables -A INPUT -i eth0 -p tcp --dport 22 --source cache.ovh.net -j ACCEPT
iptables -A INPUT -i eth0 -p icmp --source proxy.sbg.ovh.net -j ACCEPT
iptables -A INPUT -i eth0 -p icmp --source proxy.bhs.ovh.net -j ACCEPT
iptables -A INPUT -i eth0 -p icmp --source iscsi18.rps.ovh.net -j ACCEPT
iptables -A INPUT -i eth0 -p icmp --source sla-rbx3-2.ovh.net -j ACCEPT
iptables -A INPUT -i eth0 -p icmp --source iscsi18.rps.ovh.net -j ACCEPT
iptables -A INPUT -i eth0 -p icmp --source LIKE.MY.IP.250 -j ACCEPT # IP monitoring system for RTM
iptables -A INPUT -i eth0 -p icmp --source LIKE.MY.IP.251 -j ACCEPT # IP monitoring system for SLA

Also I have opened the UDP port 6100 and 6200... server side I have installed RTM system like write in this guide: http://guide.ovh.com/RealTimeMonitoring/

Despite all these measures and rules can not view the RTM status in the control panel ... can you make sure that there is some problem in your RTM system?
