Please help

Dear members,

I am posting on the forum as I have tried contacting the support team but I kept getting an error.
I am unable to process an order as I can't log in. I am interested in the kimsufi server from 100GB bandwith and 1TB storage.
I have tried putting both the mail and the nick handle in the user id and tried as well changing the password twice. But the system
keeps telling me either the user id or pass is wrong.
Could you please help me in this regard?
