Hello,

write on the forum and not post a image.

The anwser of @nowwhat are correct, buy a SSL and install it for you domain name, you don't need and certainly note use à domain like ksxxxx.kimsufi.com or nsxxxxxxx.ip-xx-xx-xx.eu to get a valid SSL certificat.

Or you can simply use a selg-signed certificat.

P.S. KS server are for testing/learning purpose, if you use KS for production bad news for you, no SLA and stuff like that.

Cordially, janus57

You need a certificate and the manual of what you call 'Plesk'.
Or, see the support site of Plesk - they will have the answer for you.
Totally fake anwser.
The certificate is to put on my subdomain of kimsufi.com and not my domain. Since my domain has a valid ssl certificate from comodo and is set up correctly (followed digicert and Odin's manual, done it 3 times) the configuration can't be made by me.
Odin support told me to contact kimsufi.

This is Kimsufi reply:
Kimsufi support: "Dear Sir / Madam,
On Kimsufi offers, no software support is provided.
All Kimsufi servers are sold as 'self' managed.
This means that customers are responsible for configuration and administration of their server.
I suggest you to install firewall, ipbanor other solution to limit impact of attacks.
I suggets you to consult the Kimsufi forum : xxx
If there is anything else please do not hesitate to contact us.

I pay 400$ a year for this shitty service!?
And now I have some lame dude telling me that I have to contact "plesk" support, witch I already did.

If I came here it is because I'm fuckin' desperate. Before with OVH, I had a special panel to have ssl for 50$ a year. That was good for me.
Now that they brought support to Ireland (cheap bastards) I can't get any.

Your products are good, but your service horrible as hell!!

Can any professional help me out? Don't need any gardners or plumbers (nowwhat)
