Please see my support tickets. I write since Sunday morning tickets, mail via the contact form. I paid the server until 09.16.2015 via Paypal. Now my server since Sunday morning allegedly expired and I can not extend it. Please tell me something's going on. I have received no e-mail with reasons or the like. If this forum only for Hardware Support Ok then please direct them to the appropriate support on. It's really not funny. :'(

Hi,

Tech support (only bother them when you find hardware damage) => https://forum.kimsufi.com/forumdispl...administration - FIRST POST !!
(but not in the weekends !!)

Boot immediately in rescue mode and do a hardware test. IF you find any hardware problems : post a ticket.
They will NOT test your server for you.

Keep in mind : this is a KS server so : slow FIFO support.
