new HDD == none of you file in the new HDD you have te restore backup (ks don't backup your files).

Dear Kimsufi staff,

You have executed an HDD replacement in our server and after that it seems to work, but does not load our website files. A default cgi page is shown instead.

We can't even access the server via cPanel login or ssh, the system seems to not accept our credentials anymore.

How can we recover access to our server?

We need this working asap!
