Order expired

Hello.
I've tried to order KS-3 server MULTIPLE times and all the time it says that order has expired.
What I'm doing wrong?
I sen't email to validation-world@kimsufi.com using my order number as title of email and uploaded 2 images.
1st with copy of passport and 2nd picture of copy of phone bill with adress included of course.
I've also sent message to kimsufi team using this form: http://www.kimsufi.com/uk/support/contact_us.xml and I'm still waiting for reply, it's been few days already.
I hope I can get help here.
