Your server is not on what we call a 'LAN'.
It's directly connected to a WAN, in this case : Internet.

So, your network card (NIC) has not an IP like 10.x.x.x or 192.168.1.x but an address like 5.196.XX.XXX

You could use LAN-like adresses if you put an OS on your KS like Proxmox, with VM's. These VM's could form a 'LAN' with internal 'local' adresses. The proxmox front end would have the external IP 5.196.XX.XXX. The front end would act as a router in front of your VM's.

But ... you have an internal address: the "localhost" or 127.0.0.1 (the old IP4v4) or ::1 (IPv6)

How can i get my dedicated server's internal IP address like (10.196.XXX.XXX) ?
I have tested ifconfig & ifconfig eth0 both commands are returning public IP address.
Code:
        inet 5.196XX.XXX netmask XXX.XXX.XXX.0 broadcast 5.196.XX.XX
        RX packets 602317 bytes 188268208 (179.5 MiB)
        RX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 frame 0
        TX packets 558026 bytes 49258067 (46.9 MiB)
        TX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 carrier 0 collisions 0
        device interrupt 16 memory 0xD00XX00X-d0420X0X
