Hello,

I cancelled it on September 30th.
it's too late, see the FAQ

So the support will do nothing.

P.S. the support are now in Kimsufi manager.

I cancelled it on September 30th.

I created this thread as soon as I got the bill on my email. I thought this was the only way to get support.
I saw the contact-link in your signature and sent a message to "commercial support". Is that ok? Should I contact support some other way?
