Hi,
I currently have an account on kimsufi.com that has an email address associated with it that I will soon lose access to. I would submit a ticket to get it changed, but the ticket system does not work when you do not have a kimsufi server registered to your account.
On that note, I have a kimsufi server order that has been stuck at "processing" for a week or so now - I would like this order cancelled. Again, I would raise a ticket, but as previously mentioned, the ticket system only works if you have a server already.
Please advise.
PS: If I am charged for the server in question, I will be disputing the transaction with Paypal.
