Order id 46327243 stalled again

This is really fustrating, i booked a KS1, then proceed to send my ID and a recent bill showing my current address to validation@ovh.net,
support@ovh.ie, and payment data, i opened a ticket as well, all this to no avail so far, the server i booked is over right now. What was wrong this time around?
