Hello,

How long will it take on average?
It depend, KS have NO SLA, so 1hour to 1week or more

In most cases, will Kimsufi automatically detect the hardware failure?
depend what hardware failure is and if the RTM is "OK" on your server.

Hi all,

I just ordered a KS-3C as my website server. Nice control panel and performance.
But as we all know, the dedicated server is unmanaged. We have to handle all the issues of the server we have. I am questioning how the hardware replacement policy is. If I can not boot into my system (for instance, hdd failure), should I submit a ticket to kimsufi and inform them replacing the failed hardware?
