Problem with double authorization

I have problem with double authorization. I use on my account double authorization with mobile token. Recently I changed phone and forgot to turn off the double authorization on the old phone to re-activate it on the new phone. The data, together with the application for authorization has removed and I do not have to log in to my account. Is it possible to assign a new device or delete double authorization without logging in to your account?
