I bought a dedi early this morning but by the afternoon, i realised the server wasn't suitable for my needs.
I paid for it using PayPal, and i have opened a support ticket on the Manager ( asking for a refund along with the invoice and payment information needed.

Is this the best way to ask for a refund ? or is there some other process which is better/faster ?
