Ok, I managed to resolve it, I wasn't able to find something clear on the forums either, but I come to find that it was down to using a slightly older version of putty, when using the newest, I get no issues, I was using 0.60 which just gets "Server unexpectedly closed network connection."

Hi,

has anyone else enountered an issue when installing Fedora 23, in which once installed unable to access the server via SSH, it's a new server setup, I can ping the server without issues.

Is so does anyone have an idea how to resolve this?. To me it's like iptables wasn't configured to allow port 22 or the sshd isn't running.
