Hello,

1) Am I able to buy more than 1 IPv4-addresses (the IPv4, which is included).

nop, only 1

2) Which upgrade-methods can I buy (HDD-upgrade, more IPs, something else).

absolutely nothing, if you want something upgradable look at ovh.net for custom dedicated or Public Cloud.
