Dear nowwhat, I opened 3 ticket.
I installed as always in the last time Xubuntu 14.04 Desktop "Trusty Tahr" (XFCE + x2go) (64bits).
Today I renewed another server with the same OS and I got the email validation world.
My mail is still the same since 2008.
I do not understand, but it is hard to understand for a person used to buy on the web.
But many thanks for the kind reply.
I need the pass, I think not so difficult

Hi,

If you try to address your message to the KS support, don't post here, make a ticket !

Did you install an OS on your server - which one ?

Also, when I connect to the panel no longer receiving email connection.
Check the mail address ones again in your Manager.
If it is ok, check your mail supplier, ask them why they filter mails out .....

I have been with you since 2008 and I am amazed by your behavior.
KS became a real play-and-learn server.
No quick fixes - you'll be needing boatload of time if you need help.

Btw : be careful : if the server is fine (speaking HARDWARE) KS will give NO support. Software is up to you - no exceptions granted.
