No reply to ticket

I created a ticket 2 days ago to prove that I'm outside of EU so I don't have to pay VAT on my purchase but I did not get a confirmation about my ticket on my link and also I did not get any kind of replies since..
How much do I have to wait ? and where can I access my open support tickets?
