Failing HDD - support not responding

Have you mentionned :
The resultat of a "fdisk -l" command ?
How many drives you have ?
The entire output of a "smartctl ......" command of all drives - also the one that the error ?
You stated that you did made a backup of your data.
That they (KS) quand take the server down to put in a new empty drive ?

Hi all.
I've big problem with failing HDD, it has few bad sectors. I've send proper message via manager but nobody reacts (it is over 16 hours since ticket).
Do you know where should i send extra notifications?
